This Easter weekend, March 31st to April 2nd, will mark the opening round of the 2018 British Superbike Championship at Donington park, where Brayden Elliott will feature in his second season of the British Superstock 1000 Championship on Mission Racing’s BMW S 1000 RR.

After a full schedule of pre-season testing with the Mission Racing team, Elliott will debut the BMW S 1000 RR in front of crowds of thousands in his first races of the year, one endurance race on Sunday and one 16 lap race on Monday.

Elliott is eager to start this season off on the right foot, after long preparations during the off-season Elliott made comment that he is well and truly ready for this season opener on the weekend, “I am so excited to be able to race the BMW S 1000 RR finally at Doningotn Park, a track I am very familiar with and very comfortable around,” he began.

“It feels like this round has taken so long to arrive but personally I couldn’t feel more prepared heading into the opening round of the championship.

“After last season, I have focused a lot of my attention at fixing some areas that needed improving and I’m extremely happy with the progress made at and away from the track.

“It’s a nice feeling arriving to a round knowing I have given 100% and done everything within my power to be ready, now it’s time to let all that hard work fall into place and start racing.

“There will certainly still be a few things to get used to being my first race with Mission Racing BMW but I’m excited to get on the bike and start the 2018 season.

“I also want to say thank you to my family, sponsors and supporters for everything they have done to help get me here and as always I’ll be giving it my everything throughout the whole weekend!” Elliott concluded.
