The countdown is over to the first round of the British Superstock 1000 Championship at Donington Park, and anticipation is in the air as Elliott will embark on his first race meeting in the UK with the CF Motorsport Team this weekend.

With a long break since racing in Australia, the preparation for the beginning of the season has been long and challenging, however with plenty of preseason testing with the team, and getting to know the tracks, Elliott is ready to pull the visor down and race.

This weekend will mark the commencement of what is set to be a roller coaster ride of a season with Elliott sharing that “I am excited to finally be able to suit up, jump on the bike that we have been working so hard to prepare, and get back to racing.”

“It feels as though we have been preparing for a lifetime for this first round, and for the season to start. Although I am nervous, which I think is only natural starting in a new championship, and with a lot of new riders, I am just ready for it to begin.

“I can’t thank everyone enough who has helped me get to this weekend and where I am today. All my sponsors have been so loyal, my family have been the greatest support in getting me over here, and everyone here in the UK who have made the transition very easy for myself.

“I have realistic expectations for this weekend, but I know that we are going to have to work hard and fast on Friday to be one hundred percent ready for the Endurance race on Saturday,” Elliott concluded.

For the fans back home in Australia, you can catch all the live timing racing on the British Superbike Championship website (http://www.britishsuperbike.com/live-timing/), and can stay up to date with Elliott’s progress throughout the weekend on his Official Facebook page – Brayden Elliott Racing #51.

This season will officially commence tomorrow, Friday the 31st of March where Brayden will participate in two practice sessions, before qualifying and an Endurance race on Saturday the 1st of April, and a Sprint race on Sunday the 2nd of April.
