Round five of the British Superstock 1000 Championship will see CF Motorsport rider Brayden Elliott wave the Australian flag high as the championship heads North to the tight and small Knockhill Racing Circuit, in Scotland this Friday June 16th- Sunday June 18th.

Having to already overcome many challenges in the first four rounds of the Superstock Championship Elliott is ready to show his fighting spirit this weekend, as he will once again suit up and put rubber to tarmac.

Knockhill, much like the Brands Hatch Indy, is a short yet technical 2-kilometre circuit and at just under 50 seconds to complete a lap, Elliott is prepared for a battle from start to finish in both of his 24 lap races this weekend, amongst the almost 50 bikes on track.

Elliott shares that “I am feeling really good ahead of this round. Despite the highs and lows that have struck earlier this season, my confidence continues to grow as I become more comfortable with the style of riding needed for the Yamaha’s, as I have been turning plenty of laps each week on my practice bike in preparation for the rounds.”

“All of my personal preparations building up to the event have been great. Although I will only have two practice sessions to master the Knockhill circuit, I am sure the tight and technical layout will suit both myself and the CF Motorsport Yamaha R1.

“Being such a short lap certainly makes for some competitive and tough racing, my aim is to definitely feel comfortable on the CF Motorsport R1 during practice, to qualify in a strong position ahead of two twenty-four lap races.

“I am really enjoying the quick turn over of rounds as it keeps my focus sharp, and helps me to make improvements each and every time I am on the bike. Despite the championship being extremely competitive and tough I believe that I am paving my way to something promising, taking my time to soak up each track and to learn from every mistake or challenge,” Elliott concluded.

This weekend is anticipated to be another exciting round, jam packed with plenty of action.
